Tim Ferriss is a writer, entrepreneur, public speaker, and investor. He became famous after writing the book called The 4-Hour Workweek: Escape 9-5, Live Anywhere and Join the New Rich which was rejected by 26 publishers, but now since the 27th publisher decided to give it a go. It’s sold over 1,350,000 copies and has spent over 4 years on the New York Times bestseller list.

Because the book is “too straightforward key to success on average people”, Ferriss has received a wide following of haters who despise his work, with an even larger following of fans who praise his work.

The work that Tim Ferriss has done is quite amazing. He has laid down the keys to escape the 9-5 rat race and seems to do it awesomely well himself.

However, I’m not writing this post to talk about Tim’s success tutorials, as there’s also this other thing about Ferriss.

He sports a total testosterone level of 1290 ng/dl, and in his book called The 4-Hour Body: An Uncommon Guide to Rapid Fat-Loss, Incredible Sex, and Becoming Superhuman, he has revealed us the secret key to his high testosterone:

This cheat sheet is a nice one-pager with 2 straightforward protocols for boosting testosterone levels. However I don’t believe that this cheat sheet triples your testosterone, but still, it will make a noticeable difference.

Protocol #1: Long-Term and Sustained

Blue Ice Royal Butter Oil / Fermented Cod Liver Oil Blend: 2 Capsules upon waking and 2 capsules before bed.

Vitamin D: 3000 to 5000 IU upon waking and before bed (6000 to 10,000 IU per day) until your reach blood levels of 55ng/ml. Can test this at home if you like. Or just ask your doctor for this easy test.

Short ice baths and/or cold showers: 10 minutes each. Upon waking and right before bed.

Brazil nuts: 3 nuts upon waking up and 3 nuts before bed.

Protocol #2: Short Term and Fun “Nitro Boost”

20-24 hours prior to sex: Eat at least 800 milligrams of Cholesterol (for example four or more large whole eggs or egg yolks) within three hours before bedtime, the night before you want to have incredible sex. Why before bed? Testosterone is derived from Cholesterol, which is primarily produced during sleep (between midnight and 4-6 A.M.).

Four Hours Prior to Sex:

1. Four Brazil nuts
2. Twenty raw almonds
